This book is set in a post-apocalyptic world, and it follows the story of a boy named Thomas. He is thrust into infamiliar territory; a glade surrounded by a giant maze. He discovers that he is not the only one who has had this odd experience, and also has no memory of his previous life. He and the rest of the boys in this giant maze have to find a way out.

This book explores the themes of Friendship, Distrust, and many others. It gives a great insight into the mind of someone who is completely lost, but still keeps going. We would reccomend this book to ages 12+ and anyone who enjoys dystopian novels.
